Its ski area reaches an altitude of 2,220 meters and is part of the largest network in the Val di Fiemme.
Come and explore the 11 slopes of Passo Rolle, suitable for all ski fans. There is a 3 km black run for experts, a 1 km green run for beginners and 9 intermediate runs. You can rent your equipment in the resort or go sledding and snowboarding. 3 lifts and 5 km of cross-country ski trails complete the area.
You can even go down to the nearby resort of San Martino and return to the top with the free shuttle. Take a break for a snack or refreshments in the refuges that line the snowy slopes. The more adventurous can try new tricks in the nearby Rolle or Colverde acrobatic parks.
You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the history of the mountain range. It took 11 years to build the road that crosses it, and work began in 1863, when the region still belonged to Austria. You will notice that the names of the towns and the road signs are posted in both German and Italian, as both languages are spoken in the area.
The ski resort is open from morning to late afternoon, from November to the end of April. Buy a day ticket and your children will benefit from a reduced rate. It gives access to the entire Val di Fiemme area, which includes Alpe Cermis, Bellamonte, Latemar and several other ski resorts. In total, the valley has 60 chairlifts and 123 trails covering 70 kilometers.
The Passo Rolle resort is located 70 km southeast of Bolzano in northern Italy. It is located between the valleys of Primeiro and Fiemme, in the province of Trentino, Trentino-Alto Adige. Fly to the nearest international airport in Innsbruck, Austria, or take a domestic flight to Bolzano from other parts of Italy.
